Greetings Friends,
Here, I would like to put an excerpt from the book,"Bhagvad Gita, Royal science of God Realisation" written by Shri Paramhansa Yogananda.
"Man may be said to possess two bundles of searchlights, one inner and one outer. The ego, body identified conciousness, holds five outer sensory searchlights of sight, smell, sound, taste, and touch; adn the soul holds five inner searchlights ( subtle powers which governs the five outer searchlights)that reveal God and the true nature of creation. A searchlight reveals only objects in front of it, not those behind. The outer searchlights of the senses, turned toward matter, reveal to the ego only the various forms of transient and external material objects, not the vast kingdom within. The ego, with its attention identified with the five outer senses, thus becomes attached to the world of matter and its gross limitations."
The important part of this paragraph is that there is a subtle creative force or energy behind all this material world. The Gita called it thought. Quantum physics agrees with this but it is confused with the power behind these material world. For example, if you take an electron, it exists as a probability cloud around the nucleus. At any given time, it is present nowhere and everywhere in the cloud. So, when you try to pinpoint the exact location of the electron, at that moment, it appears at the location where you want to find it. In short, the actual form of electron is energy and it converts to matter when you want it to. If you expand this idea to the whole universe, it seems like it exist in the material form because you want it to. In reality it is nothing but concentrated form of energy appearing as solid because we want to look at like that.
Thanks for reading,
