My experience – after reading eckhart Tolle’new earth i reconiced how this works and the roles played by the ego and the painbody. When you ‘see’ this, you unlock (awareness) your Self more and more and become more and more conscious about this. You take your power bag what you have given away before! My experience is that when you become more aware about this structure you can learn how to avoid situations, act in a loving way. Love Frank Netherlands

And a lot of compassion. Whenever I have been judgamental toward my mother, God has given me a chance to see things through her eyes and in that way to bring me back to my mode of compassion.

Compassion is a beautiful experience. Usually our relationships with close relatives are to teach us just that. They are our best teachers for compassion.

It is my 7th attempt to have a healthy coversation, and I feel like it should be my last. Maybe it is suppose to be like that.Now i try to be at peace with this circumstances.
