Mieke, it is easy to love Mr Hackman, as we both understand that he still only has the letter of the law and has not yet evolved out of carnal thinking. Divine patients is infinite. He is very devoted to what he believes and that is good. Good and honest intentions are the attracting forces which leads into the Ultimate Realization. He reminds me of St Paul, who is one of the greatest Christians that ever lived. But if you remember before his transformation he was killing the Christians, as he too was in strong defense of the truth he thought he understood. The irony here is that Truth doesn't need a defense, for Truth is Truth. It is only the human being who has not yet gone beyond the letter of the law that is in need of defending the Truth. Saul's honest devotion ended up blessing him. Before his transformation he too only had the letter and had not yet realized his oneness with the infinite Spirit of Truth, Life and Love....Mr Hackman will one day understand(Everyone will)....Until then we embrace Mr. Hackman with unconditional love while he continues to be on the battle field of life, defending Truth, and it is my sincere feeling that he will surrender his ego, sooner then later and find himself resting truly resting in the Spirit...

Global Heart Networks is keeping me busy, but I would like to
stay in touch, you can write to me at mentor4love@aol.com...And We can continue to share all of God's unfolding goodness harmoniously.

Joyfully and lovingly yours,
Gyanama

I guess the point I want to convey is that to me God is as much male as she is female and that we are all created in this Creative Mind.

We have a brain that for a part is male (reason, investigation, thinking) and for the other part is female (intuition, feeling, spontaneity).

In my worldview both make a human being whole.

The Bible is written by men and according to me therefore often tells only one side of the medal.

I would like to also have a more female approach to it.

Up till now I can only find that back in some of the Psalms.

The little booklet I quoted from tries to integrate both aspects.

Another little quote from it:

"Near the end of his life Moses spoke of God as an Eagle mother:'Like an eagle watching its nest, hoovering over its young, supporting them on its spread wings and carrying them on its pinions, the Lord alone led them'
(Deut 32:11)"

I love the song of the Swedish pop group ABBA:

Fly like an Eagle

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P8E0DbFA1FQ

"Jesus is like a mother hen gathering her chicks:
'O Jerusalem... How often have I tried to bring together your children as a bird gathers her young under her wings and you would not'" (Lk 13:34)

Dearest Hackm@n if you read this:

Jesus called God: "ABBA" which is Aramic for daddy, dad, papa. It is small child talk.

Because you are sons and daughters, God has sent into your hearts the Spirit of his Son which cries out: ABBA, that is: Father.

AMMA is the word for Mother in Aramaic:

"As truly as God is our Father, so truly is God our Mother" This sentiment was echoed by John Paul I and John Paul II.

"Mamma, Daddy" are usually the first words a child utters.

After all these years, have we ever looked on the face of our God with the same kind of recognition?

It is a magical moment:

"ABBAMMA"

Excerpts from a small but beautiful little book called:

"We are One" with the word and the wind

A Biblical-Interfaith Experience of God

I want to share this one with You Deepak and with Every One:

How come you do me like you do do do?
How come you do me like you do?
Why do you try to make me feel so blue?
I’ve done nothing to you.
Do me right or else just let me be.
’cause I can beat you doing what you’re doing to me.
How come you do me like you do do do?
How come you do me like you do?

But then why Deepak, do you still write books?
Isn't that an act too?

I like to write poems and share them with others.

This is my dharma and it is both being and doing.

Be and do is my dharma.
Frank Sinatra had a great song about this: "dobedobedo" :)
