TY Dr. Chopra for posting this. I have PTSD and my last LOC was 8 mos. ago. I realize this is not over. Doing eastern and western medicine. I just retired my liscence bc cannot function. I find much solace with painting. Has some healing effect on me. My senses are so heightened that I prefer to stay a hermit to avoid LOC. Yoga works but LOC occurs w combinations : reg coffee (big mistake for me), driving far or on freeway or around fast cars, crowds of ppl, loud noises. So I have to time myself outside of rush hour to run errands. nearby. Need to do acupuncture again..that had stopped the fainting for several months! Chi-gong helps me a lot bc it's along meridians too but without the needles. (that acupuncturist I had used to stab me like a voodoo doll. I quit seeing her because she was committing healthcare fraud). Found a Kría Yoga instructor who does acu. Yay

PTSD....Vietnam....40 years of kicking my own ass. Finally the genie is out of the bottle. The only thing that can be put back in the bottle is me. No thanks, not going back there, the past is the past. Every day is a new day. A magic mirror....we shall see.

Chopra has just showed you a magic mirror. In there, is the real beautiful you. The mirror reminds me about Snow White Story. The Queen asked the mirror everyday "Who is the most beautiful person amont all?" Is we don't see our ture self, the mirror will always show images of other people. But it we can feel the connection with our true being, we, everyone of us are indeed the most beautiful.

I'm so pround of you that being so young and have already discovered the secret to life. Believing more the feelings from your own heart, where is the only truth and wisdom that we should rely on.
