You have within you a Guide, a Guide for living.
This holy Guide is a living Light of pure Knowing. of Pure Love.
This Guide will be with you always, and is there so that you can always make
the right choice at the right time, if you wish.
Here is a gentle way to practice getting in touch
with this Guide. find a quiet place,
and sit down in a comfy position,
and then in your heart, Find a place that is home to you.. a place in your heart where you feel free and gentle and loved.
this might be a time from your early childhood, it might be an imaginary time or place,
it might be that this place that is Home,
is when you are in the act of giving, or another action that gives you a sense of yourself
that you know is true.
find that place in your heart, and rest there quietly for ten of fifteen minutes.
let it be the kind of rest, where all your wants and needs clear away like clouds,
and all that is left is beautiful blue , that is you and God.

Then ask , ask your Inner Guide to help you write down
the Ways of Being that are true to your Essence.

and then write away.. let your self write freely without judgement.
The beautiful thing is, that you already Know what these ways of being are.
So, when you and your Guide for living write them down, you will feel a chord - a resounding, an opening ,
a sense in your heart of ' rightness'.
You already know.
it is a matter of allowing yourself to be as this.
this takes faith,
each time you step in faith , each time you choose
to move from this place of inner truth,
intead of bouncing between one reflection and another
you will feel your Essence,
you will feel Its Joy that you have returned Home.

Its been a great coincidence I fell across this article. I've realized this just recently and am in full practise of it. I've found myself to be so much more content with life and have also relieved physical/mental ailments from my body (most noticably my anxiety), All without the use of a single drug.

Put it in practise... becuase we are our biggest enemy sometimes, and usually only becuase we care about so much that doesn't matter, like what a stranger thinks of us.

Thanks.

Thank you for this wonderful reinforcement. Your writings have really helped free me from mental external judgments and I am so grateful I have been given the opportunity to come across your spiritual guidance. Being raised Mormon, I had a lot of external validation I have needed and still need to work through. This topic is one in particular that really resonates with me because self esteem is something I have really faced tremendous challenges with internally. Thank you.
