It is my belief that we are the authors of our life blue prints (with the aide and assistance of guides and angels) before we incarnate into this world. What we must always remind ourselves is that even babies, toddlers and the young (like your nephews) are spirits who are ever evolving beings, spiritual beings having another human experience, They are not, as we have often depicted them as) empty slates with no prior knowledge of the laws and ways of spirit. They are, in fact, more connected to spirit, having just reentered the world from the spirit world then we are. The older we become living here, the more we have to work at remembering.
So, even though your nephews are irritated and complain about their having to attend the services because of their parents, know that they are also responsible for putting themselves into this family unit, indeed, they chose their parents and this way of life..writing it into their life’s blue print..for whatever reason that is indicative for their experience and for the purposes of their individual spiritual growth.
Knowing and understanding this for yourself, you can relinquish your concern. In fact, you would be honoring their decisions on the spiritual level knowing that everything will work out just fine. There are spiritual laws against interfering with another’s process.
You can stand by and watch them as they evolve through their experiences with compassion, understanding and love. Know too, that they chose you as their uncle as you chose them as your nephews for a reason. Perhaps you are a silent beacon of light that reminds them of the way to inner joy and inner peace. We can do this work with silence that speaks more profoundly than words.
