"This is why people like Ghandi were Religious but not Christian"
#5 on my top ten list of "dumbest things I ever heard" !
(the rest are all Websters)

So what is religion then LS?

Oh and religion is okay, just don't believe that Christ is God and died on the
cross to save us from our sins!

You people render words meaningless..... It's okay to believe in something
just don't take it so seriously so that it might shape the way you think or live!

Are you really all that mindless?

This is why people like Ghandi were Religious but not Christian, He had the joys of
Christs teachings without the obstacle of being subject to the brainwashing of
the church. *shrugs*

We realize that name calling is merely a play on words, it does not define
the person like neither you hackman knows webster or who he is nor does
webster know who you are. So can it really be said that Webster is an angry
liberal or either one of those words separately?

Webster, you really heading down fast, aren’t you… Are you really
going to compare to incredibly different circumstances like that,
Or are You just being belligerent.

........................................

Like you really bring something to the table.

It is absolutely incredible to read the degree
of denial you project onto others.

What's next? Faking your demise on the internet?

Brilliant proposition Phil, we'll just remove it and then have no argument

Nothing is good, nothing is bad....

PS You really must do something about these response text boxes. I did not spend a great deal of time on this and claim complete authorship--no divine intervention or collaboration or inspiration--and, of course, I only am speaking for and of myself. But it is sincerely rude to truncate what others say in response to you and especially this most personal revelation of your personal process . . . forgive me Master I only know your face from TV and your Self from what you say here.
I am a pauper soon to die since I can no longer afford my medications, nor a TV, nor your Books. My beloved bride-of-my-youth remains an Episcopal Priest with a stipend. I have no fear, since she has changed her name, of embarrassing her.

. . . sorry about that, I pushed the wrong button. . . . as a "Marian" I adore Mary but find her in all women regardless of anything they do; including Kali. My teacher was my Mother; blest be her soul, as it is. She taught me through rage, indifference, neglect and many a wonderful birthday cake that I was loved nonetheless but I came to know, love and respect her as Other and distincly different. At first I came to see Her as God since my father was indifferent to my anguish.
In this sandbox of God's we are both men & women in a constant crucible . . . let me put it in more personal terms . . I adored the bride of my youth with an unreasoning and limitless depth height and breadth as it should be and as I loved my mother regardless of her choices and behavior. When our second born was revealed to be brainless I died inside and to this day upbraid myself for allowing her to expire in custodial care. But--and this is a crucial point--my beloved shared none of her tears so I thought I was a fool for love and moreover insane.
When our son died she did not cry in my presence. I recall laying hysterical beside his grave while she stood silent some distance away . . . no tears then either . . . I have several known issues: bipolar and being co-dependent meaning that I too frequently allow others or The Other to define me to myself and I have never been happy with the results. What really destroyed me that while in congress I would glean flickering images of God's Face. We all know that congress is not exclusively for procreation but is, instead both for procreation and the celebration of our love that will become with time a oneness and/or sincere friendship exclusive of duality. Labor as I did to enable her to "see what I saw" should she allow which was too seldom for me, I was agin thwarted.
I eventually fell into despair and being manic broke our relationship in the end she cried; "I want my husband!" At the time I felt myself a cardboard cut-out of some ideal figure of a male instead of being me. I slammed the door behind me.
Apparently I've kept looking back and wondering if she were evil and/or dead but in The Passion I join Jesus and see His Mother at my feet . . . and no tears.
But Oh Father/Mother the anguish in her eyes . . . where in god's name was Joseph?
This has been your most intimate sharing and I appreciate you in your Whole/Holiness but I do protest that there is a duality and that the Better Part of God is Female.
and
oh
yes
they do make love too.

Master, I beg to differ in the humble sense that we as male & female are opposite.
You speak from a crucible of one. Where from my 'tradition' the crucible is two.
