Deepak, like many others, is a teacher. He can only show you the door. It is
you who must walk through it.

Some people are born with an innate wisdom of how the world works. Others
learn it during their life time by their study of the world around them.

People seek guidance from those they view to be an authority on the subject at hand.
You have the answers within you, it just sometimes takes an external force to help
you realize it. This happens all the time when people seek counseling from
psychologists. It's a bit of a secret, but counseling is self help. True counselors
NEVER give advice. They only ask you questions and reflect your answers back
at you in different ways in hopes that you will come to realize what the correct choice
is for you.

Another reason why people buy these books is because they fall into my category.
Deepak said it best the other night, "Seek the company of those who seek the truth, and
run away from those who have found it." I found Deepak when I heard him talking
on a TV show one night, and he was describing things in a way that connected with me.
He had an air of wisdom about him that I recognized, and I wanted to see how he explained
certain ideas.

You can tell two people to go teach the same lesson, and it will come out 2 different ways.
I wanted to see how he taught, in order to learn and better myself. He has definitely done
his homework, and I am better now for having read his work. There is always something
to learn, or some new way to teach the same old lesson.

Trevor, so all these people who write in to Deepak and buy and read his books are
wasting there time and money? If we have all this wisdom and enlightenment
within us than why the need for so many to seek the wisdom and knowledge
of others? Think deeply about what you are saying, it makes no logical sense.
If you were given life and grew up without the benefit of good parents,
what would your chances be of turning out okay?

Deepak, how did your thoughts get so seriously demented? I was at the debate at Mars Hill (Satan). You convey your thoughts in this spiritual gobbledegook mixed in with your scientific mumbo jumbo. Maybe I'm the only one too stupid to understand what it all means?? Maybe so, since nobody asked for a clarification on your views of evolution and "entropy". I know half the people clapping had no idea what you are saying. I know the subject was the topic of Satan's existence, but I wish someone would have called you on your ignorant and unscientific references to evolution and the age of the earth. To me, it says alot about those who buy into your nonsense. Anyone well read in the current "theories" knows that age of the earth and evolutionary processes are highly debated topics, even among evolutionary "believers" like yourself.
You really want to hang your thoughts out there for serious debate? Why don't you challenge some of the creation debaters out there... You know they will eat your lunch like they have every other crackpot who spouts off about evolution like it is a proven fact. That assertion alone relieves you of any credibility.

Big Bang you say? How interesting. That makes no sense, really. As an engineer and a researcher, I know that 0+0=always equals 0. Therefore, nothing should or could exist, ever. But behold, look around and observe the innumerable immensity of creation, both extremely large and extremely small. The only answer to beginnig cannot be explained, other than by what we reasonably read in the Bible, "In the beginning, God."

God is so infinitely immense that he must be omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscience. That is logical. And if God is that magnificant, he sure could see to it that his will could be written in a book. You and I cannot even create a blade of grass, but he created everything by the mearly speaking it into existance. Only one book in the world deals in the truth about who God is and how he invites us to become a child of God, that is the Bible.

This is just the start of understanding who is Jesus Christ and the reality of Satan. It all makes sense. but if you believe in the Big Bang idea, it is no wonder you do not believe there is a real Satan. You need to think logically to start with. BB
