Turn off the tv, the radio, videos, news, etc. Stop paying attention or spending time with people who don’t inspire you!

Surround yourself with people who love themselves. The fact that you are here writing this letter to Deepak shows you have self love so I am confident you will blossom to an amazing being and experience wonderful peace and bliss soon! :O)

PS- I am living proof of personal transformation. I used to be the shyest person around, I recently sang impromptu in front of 1000 loving people! :O) (and I have felt like what you described in the past). You can do it!
