I am listening to Deepak Chopra's livestream on meditation and the sound is breaking up so much that it is hard to follow the conversation. But his daughter started the conversation, describing the meditation she did as a young girl. She mentioned the questions Deepak asked her after the meditation finished. These questions sound so useful- I would love to use them with my children. Could you post them or send them to me - or let me know where I could get a transcipt of today's April 15th conversation. Thank you. Namasté, Judith

For me, I remember that my own experiences have been given to me to share which can be better than a third party recounting of how this occurred for someone else. Often I would want to be apart from what was happening in our large family setting, at school, and with friends, because it all seemed to be too overpowering. At about eight years of age, I began to look for a 'secret place' where I was really alone to talk to a higher source that unconditionally cared for me and my concerns. So as my own children began to need that 'secret place' we began to take 'mind walks' in a place in each of our own imagination with our eyes closed. I would lead a visualization experience and then leave my children to their own meetings with the Source they found there, and after a short time, would verbally come to pick them up and gently bring them back together to our home. They may still be doing this practice, I am.
