I fell into this trap myself once, being so busy that I could hardly do any of the things that are actually on my
priority list. What I found that really works is to break away from the traditional view of meditation and
realising that there are other methods out there. So I started with my early morning tea, taking the time that I
usually spent gulping down my favourite drink, to really be conscious and spend time with it, doing nothing
else except that. Gradually it grew in time as I found that the more time I spend being conscious, the less tired
I am and the more willing I am to get up that 10 or 15 minutes extra in the morning. I also got into a state where
it became a wonderful experience to get up early enough in the morning and be able to take things slow,
instead of rushing around trying to get things done. But this created a circle whereby taking it slow, resulted
in my days moving along at a more established pace and me not ending up being so tired any more.

There are many tricks out there and you need to try them all because to start off with you will need to
convince your mind that you are not that tired and that you do have time required (luckily your mind is easily
duped if you put in the effort).

Also remember that if you were unemployed for some time, your body may just require a little time to adjust to
any new routine that you implement.
