					<description><![CDATA[Thanks for your comments Deepak. I was in a similar situation as described by the questioner. My life had this big turning point when I started my meditation practice and also when I started incorporating the practise of presence into my daily activities. I started to dis-identify myself from the grip of my ego whenever possible as I began to watch and observe my own thoughts. Now i realise the true purpose of life, it’s not about future achievements or goal or similar, its about how you live harmoniously with the present moment.
My advice to the questioner: 
1. Take up a meditation course as suggested by Deepak. Practise it without fail and without any expectation.
2. Practise body awareness / presence in whatever u do. You will tend to engage less with your mind. Read the &quot;Power of NOW&quot; and &quot;The New Earth&quot; by Eckhart Tolle and you will understand better.]]></description>
