Thank you Deepak! I have experienced this many times myself, specifically at work. Since the time we are little we are forced into agreeing with superior people. Wars are started over disagreement. Too often I said nothing for fear of what they would do.

I've found that the central key is to never make anyone wrong. making this person wrong will cause them to attack. Ego cannot handle being wrong. So instead, we find out how they are right. What's right about it for them, and support them in finding a higher path through our feedback. This takes patience, creativity. That is spirit. Ego just wants the problem to go away and just attacks.

What if we started with the notion that everyone is right and then discovered ways to help each other?

Bless you Deepak and thank you for this opportunity to discuss issues with diverse opinion openly with you and others who continue to show a level of love and acceptance in this world I find extremely unusual. The above question is a painful one and your answer shows your great love for all creation. Your wisdom causes me to take notice.
