					<description><![CDATA[A deep understanding of Gods love takes away from oneself into compassion and other awareness.  Meditation releases onself from the pain of the world and self, into bliss. A connection to God leaves me deeply moved, thankful for His mercy and compassion, recognizing His gift of salvation.  With these as my base, I am truly thankful. I agree with Deepak, developing a core self will not drag one down when empathizing with others.  Knowing the healing power of Christ gives me strength and power and understanding of core self.]]></description>
