World around seem to be in so much hurry for achievements that sometimes its overwhelming. No matter how informed & well read i am, the moment i allow my self to engulf into lenear drama ( i like this term, veronica-april crawfard uses it more often) we loose track, may be for moment or so & struck with misery. Its so crucial to be in present & to remian in touch with our true self all the time. The sense of peace within certifies that we are. Meditation is the key.

The more I read your stuff
the better I feel. I think something is shifting now I feel as sense of well bieng more often than before and no longer feel sorry for myself I am starting to understand going with the flow
