					<description><![CDATA[HI  i bet you wish you had a broken leg, instead  of this attitude called stress, broken legs can usually be fixed,  but it is others who fix it for us,,,,,     stress gets fixed by us, the individual,, people can tell us what to do,  but it comes back to us, self critisium creates stress,  Unhealthy stress is always, our minds reaction to an external event, a critical or sad or negertive response if accumulated creates stress,,,, so now we can play with it , look to your memory bank, to get started,  fun pictures , achievements, good laughs, dont annerlize, just observe and remember, you wll start to chuckle inside,,,,, over time you will attract more like events,,,,more chuckles  and before you know it life has more happyness than sadness, unhealthy stress disslikes happiness, laughter and leaves the room,,kinda sculcks away through the tradesmen entrance,,,you will be where you want to be,,,,  oneday you may see what you have learnd from the experience,,that a man or woman can change themselves,,, you i and all people have the power to be , you wont become a better person, you will become a more fuller rounder person who has grown their own wisdom, through experience, you could call that a better person, if you choose, thats cool  at alltimes we must choose ourselves,    p,s, fuller rounder didnt mean hips and waist  thats a little joke,,,,,,start laughing  from now on,,,,,,]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Meditation won&#039;t reach its full purpose to you, unless you have understood a few things. 

1). We are new at the every moment. So don&#039;t live in your past, and don&#039;t live your life with same old judgements. 
2). We are always a good person and a great mom in nature, even all the animals are. Being true to yourself is the foremost step toward the real you. 
3)To have a better tomorrow, we have to learn from our past. You need to find out what is your definition of a better person and a better mom. And why have you built into your beliefs, and what was your growing experiences? 

We are always a good person in our soul, that recognition can be as quick as a simple switching of our own mind. But our commitment to follow through our conditioned habbits or attitudes, is a lifetime challenge. 

But life is all about making progress, Right?
