Images of people also appear to me, and sometimes I do ‘hear’ clear messages. If its a clear message, I am often able to commune with it, and ask it to elaborate on the message, and it usually does. Most of the time, the messages and information are random, but peaceful. This is how I know they are coming from a higher realm.

I believe this is the first step to self mastery. Mind is that particular collection of thoughts based on your experience as a result of your level of consciousness. In my opinion there is no real other purpose to life other than experiencing all aspects of it. To navigate and master the many realms we must be lucid. Other wise we are just victims.
