i think meditation and forgiveness practise, consciously, along with carrying on with life, and taking help from our archetypes, expressing gratitude, and apprecating our talents, and just flowing with life...are beautiful ways to heal, and bring the love of spirit into our lives.

You know, you can choose in this moment to love and accept yourself right now...
We bind ourselves by our thoughts and we also free ourselves by our thoughts...Choose to think good of yourself and you will end up aligning with your true nature.....Choose not to think good about yourself and you will keep feeling not feeling good....It is that simple....Don't make it hard on yourself...You are a good and wonderful creative individual being in God...know that and live it...NOW

I think in the early stages Self Love becomes hampered by Self Image. We struggle as we face decisions that once made destroy our self image and we are judged as failing often by family, friends, business contacts etc. As we let go of our self image we build the core of who we are though self esteem. Whereas self image or call it reputation .... can be slandered, attacked, destroyed ... Self Esteem cannot .. once developed the core of who we are is beyond reach of others, it can neither be stolen nor damaged. It is the return home after an arduous journey.

Meditation is a wonderful gift of the Great Inspirator.
Praying too.

The labyrinth is a wonderful instrument of reflection. While walking it, it can give release and peace.

The history of the labyrinth goes far back. It is a symbol that can be found in almost any culture.

It is found in many churches too.

These are all tools in stilling the mind in order to find clarity. There are many more.

In art one stills the mind by concentrating and creating.

In science one stills the mind by wondering about nature in all its perfection and trying to find out how it all works.

Every religion and every culture give evidence of this.

They all reveal the same profound message......

To become consciously aware!
