					<description><![CDATA[This is very helpful to understand.  I&#039;m a new meditator this year and spontaneous movements started happening a few weeks after I started.    I find the movement to be enjoyable and nurturing (feels like ocean swells and gentle waves).  But it has been distracting, wondering what it was and why was it happening to be.
