Evaluate your principles and examine those of your boss and make sure that there is agreement if not synergy. You were chosen for some reason, it is easy, based on the past 9 months to assume the worse, but to do so is to guarantee even more downturn. Focus on the positive.

Whichever looking glass we use we ought to accept and admit that somewhere & somehow we create our own scripts. So, we shall benefit by recognizing that we can write our own successful scripts. Here we need be aware and recognize the only & single fact which shall stand independent of anything else, & i.e, we are all invisibly bound to one fulcrum point & i.e, the omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscient God who is beyond religion, gender & form. This is where all the good scripts get approved; the bad scripts get rejected; & those scripts for which we are not yet ready get put on hold so that God can work with us to make us ready to live these scripts which many of us call dreams.
