I’ve always had a problem with noise – and noisy neighbours, especially. I’ve lived at eleven different addresses – most of those in Shanghai where I live now – and at each address I’ve had severe noise problems (including a neighbour who used to take a sledgehammer to his walls and floor during the night). At two other addresses the neighbours started renovating their apartments not long after we moved in. I could tell a similar story for all of the other places I’ve lived at.

My question is: If our individual consciousness dictates our reality am I in some way responsible for the noise?
I used to think it must be some kind of karma for being noisy in a past life, but your explanations of karma make me think that karma is more of a cycle of conditioning than some kind of cosmic justice.

What can I do to free myself from this ‘curse’?

Core consciousness or the inner voice which is the god within etc etc. Whatever language. There is no higher god “out there”, it is all IN you. So ultimately we need to trust OURSELVES. Non local domain is quantum physics speak for our and all consciousness which is not necessarily bound to a body. Mind can go anywhere, hence Remote Viewing.
