I have read it and even if I am hindu by religion, it has helped me to understnad the god more profoundly.

Second I ask God for the blessings I need in the name of Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

I teach yoga in my catholic church and I always weave prayer into my class. I too was a born and raised Catholic, but it was YOGA that made the connection for me with God.
