Every morning look into your mirror, look deeply into your own eyes, say outloud to yourself
" I love you"
then look even deeper into your eyes and repeat it.
" I love myself as I am. I see myself as god sees me, perfect ,complete and whole"
I do this periodocly and I admit it feels uncomfortable and hard to do. But it IS the truth of who you are...
It's a good first step towards healing and self-esteem
keep loving...

First thing I think you would like to do, is to find a quiet place to be with yourself and cry hard for how you have been mistreated through out your life. You are deeply harmed with unloving events and expereinces in your life. I have to be stright to the pain.
Because someone's ignorance didn't know how to love you, and treasure your existence, you have been a subject for taking the wastful energy, or anger of that person.
So wake up from the unloving place, or person. You can detach from toxied environment. Through meditation, you can soon see that you was traped in an illusion of suffering. Love youself, and trust that you deserve love and happiness, just like anyone else. Love.
