Self asteeme,,,??????? If this sounds right it might fit,,,,,There are people on this planet who from ,childhood days,,always felt slightly different,,,as they go through life they know,something they should be doing ,is not being done,,,,,so whatever and wherever they go,,,,they are restless,to a degree,,,,these people are highly evolved beings,and maybe should be looking to the universe, for help,,,,,i believe these highly evolved beings are here to raise the god frequency of man, meditation,will help to connect,,,,once that connection is made,good and firm,then any frustration should deminish…

NOT what i have,,,,,,but what iam is my Kingdom,,,,,,,,, this is the kingdom of spirit,within a person,,afilled up person still is aloud the material substance of life,,,,a truley filled person knows that the spirit of the creator is in everything, as jesus said split open the wood and there iam,,,,love of ones true self raises our self asteeme critisim can destroy it if we dont know ourselves.

As progress in this direction, our self-esteem is replaced with a sense of both humility and confidence, and instead of competing with others, we feel a greater connection with them and greater affection for them because, like us, they are also expressions of the same creative intelligence.” Thank you

As long as you identify primarily with your character in this dream we call life, it is reasonable to feel proud of your accomplishments, ashamed of your misbehavior, superior to others who have achieved less or are less intelligent or less athletic or less good-looking or less wealthy, inferior to others who have achieved more or are more intelligent or more athletic or better looking, etc. But your true identity is the consciousness and the creative intelligence in which this phenomenal existence appears. Our purpose in life is to experience that truth with increasing clarity. As progress in this direction, our self-esteem is replaced with a sense of both humility and confidence, and instead of competing with others, we feel a greater connection with them and greater affection for them because, like us, they are also expressions of the same creative intelligence.

Thank you for the question and answer. Instead of framing your personal thoughts as “not good enough”, maybe think in terms of an unfolding of your full potential…which is infinite Love, now and always….always reaching for the fullness of Light within and without. Don’t be anxious: be aware of and in awe of the infnite harmony and coordination that is supporting the ongoing revelation of your infinitely precious, unique and wonderful being. Think of the process of a flower growing. We don’t think it is ‘not good enough’ when it is still in seed form…or budding….we recognize the process of the revelation of Life within this form.

A great reminder from Deepak. Maybe I can add, from experience, to what he and others have taught me…

Ego is the false self. Matter. Everything that has ever been said about you. Everything you have ever done. Everything, is false.

Then, there is the true self. The self there when you were 1 month old in the crib. Can you feel that self? The self your parents could not see. That no one has ever seen. Perfect, already. Not the sinner religions try to say that you are. That perfection you see in every baby.

Separate those two. Feel them. The you that was there at conception, birth, months as a baby. Then, feel the other self, that was named by parents, then called names by the same parent, teachers, bullies, priests, & politicians. That false self, manipulated and never perfect enough can NEVER do enough to be loved. EVER!

This frightens most. That there is a you than NO one, even YOU, will ever know. So loved by God and all existence you would cry tears of joy remembering the truth. That unknowable in everyone you will ever meet.

Separate the two. The false, material, and the true unknowable mystery. It’s radical to think the REAL you was born perfect, so it could never not be perfect. Everything else is just a facade. As fake as a movie set. So, make the movie what you want it to be.
