I think there is valuable insights to be had from your experience and while it is painful and draining at the time also might be an enormous gift, IF understood properly. The basis must be that we are responsible for our own lives and welfare, so not victim. What if everything you have experienced during theese eightyears are reflections of yourself? Start to see differently and all will change in a heartbeat. I who express theese words have lived through a similar experience and it has truly given me a new outlook and new possibilities. I chose to call this other very significant person a twinsoul as everything in me got revealed, but it was MY process. Never place yourself or your problems on another. This is projection. Jennifer J. hit the proverbial nail right on the head. Your soul mate is yourself. Make peace with your past and do the best you can in your present life.
We are here to improve until we get it right. Fretting over past lives does little. Grasp the joys this life presents and ignore as much as you are capable the problems of your surroundings. Life is like an echo.

I believe every person that I have met in my lifetime, whether it be a spouse, a significant other, a friend, or even a loved one, were all placed upon my Spirit Path that I walk each day to teach me lessons. Yes, there are many valley experiences. And AHHHA there are wonderful mountain experiences with those we meet on our path. However, in the end, the valuable lessons we can learn about that friendship and/or relationship will only serve to make us more aware of ALL POSSIBILITIES in this life, and give us the opportunity to truly love others and accept them unconditionally. Surrender negative energy and live to bring the Spirit Light of positive energy into your life each and every moment of the day. And most of all forgive yourself, and forgive others. Helping and serving others will only make you more aware of who you truly are . . . . We ALL are ONE with the Universe and each other!

LAST APRIL MY BELOVED 15 YEAR OLD GOLDEN RETRIEVER PASSED AWAY.
I HAVE BEEN INCONSOLABLE. IT IS THE

It seems like 8 years of insomnia could create a potentially destabilizing effect on a person’s psychological condition. Maybe work on creating a healthy living routine. One part of the routine could include reading and journaling about these topics of karma, souls and soulmates. Other parts could include regular rest and exercise and healthy regular meals. Find other ways to bring balance and harmony back into your life, this might include a spiritual practice that supports mind-body centered health.
