I agree that the grounding exercises that Deepak suggests would be very helpful to clear your mind for a while and connect you here. However, I also believe that spirit is trying to talk with you. However, it is bewildering for you right now and becoming unbearable. May I suggest that you take time each day to sit quietly and go straight into the pictures in your head and ask for guidance. Ask spirit to show you pictures that will help you and teach you how to handle this. Stop trying to help others at this point, but ask for help for yourself. Let spirit take your hands and help you and teach you. Then ask for a break so you can do things that will make you feel more grounded. Good luck and may you find peace with this.

Thank you all so much for the validation, support and direction. Every comment when perceived together like this brings such a unique perception. From this perspective there is only one choice! It is almost consistant with no choice in a weird kind of way. But the one direction created here is filled with everything, It’s like all your thoughts just painted a bullseye picture. so there is only one way, But they way is huge! How cool is this. I begin my day asking the Divine to blessme w/what I’m going to need that day because the present is the only sure thing that we have. Like today for example I need it to be the strenght for a good friend of mine that will have sugery in a couple weeks, tomorrow I do not know what I will encounter, after some years of meditation, this knowing came to me, that I should ask for what I’m going to need day by day, so far works for me!

Staying ‘grounded’, interacting with the world around us, others that we encounter on our journey and of course with the beauty of the natural earth. I think meditation is meant to help us disconnect from the individual self, and the story we create about that self. It appears that meditation has reinforced a new story line that you feel trapped into. Maybe meditation -in -action will help you drop the old story line?

Try to visualise the string you have with earth and do these kind of meditation more often. I am sure you know about it, as you seem to be quite advanced in these matters. (I am not even a true beginner. still, in case u dont here is a link: http://www.spiritconnections.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=55&Itemid=74 Anyways, somebody explained to me that we need to have connection with the spiritual side, especially through our seventh chakra, but need to have also a connection with the earth, through our basal chakra.

To the Individual who wrote and asked the question,
Ah!!! The Kingdom is at hand. You’re not in limbo, in the ultimate of Truth there is no such thing as two worlds or limbo……Heaven is here on earth. Along with this realization comes the understanding that there is only One World..All Good, spiritual not material, and Eternally Infinite. After this realization is complete you will no longer feel lonely or frustrated that so called others don’t understand you. You will realize your manifest Presence as the very purpose of God Being here on earth, whatever it is your doing. There will be times so it would seem that communication is difficult with the unenlightened individual, but this too is an illusion. Only the eternal God stands before you, with you ,and as you-
It is those deluded individuals who don’t know what you know yet, who are actually in limbo, and some in a total state of hell. Some even think they have been tweaked or tweeted in today’s lingo, but still claim themselves as mortal or as one still on a puppet string… They are the ones in a deluded state of limbo, but still their Truth is the One Truth that you Know…..God is All…
As you understand this, you will no longer be concerned about it, nor will you ever feel lonely or that you’re in two worlds. For many years and even life times it would seem, I felt as you do, but I am content now, never losing sight of Truth and Love…Stick with your beautiful ideals, that is God talking to you..Being you……
Just to let you know there are many individuals in harmoneous Associations around the world that are living in the Heavenly Infinite State and allness of God. They live move and have their being in One Mind, One God. They live in the advanced intelligence that is directed by One Divine infinite Mind and their Presence alone is doing the healing work for the world, though some are actively visible in the world too. They are individuals who don’t fight dragons or struggle in the world of so called evil effects. Though at times it may appear they do. There work is done in the Awareness of Cause, First Cause , God’s Cause, and God’s work is already done…Knowing this and living this unceasingly is there joyful service….They go along from day to day just as normal as anyone else would seem to be. They quilt, do gardening, golf, travel and ride horses too..some of these individuals are well known, some are house wife’s, or a retiree and gardener planting powerful divine seed in the universe…
The activities of these enlightened individuals Is not about getting there mortal hands into some activity for material purposes but rather giving soulful expression in the Kingdom of God, as the kingdom of God is already at Hand right here on earth, ever new, ever good…. One day All will know this Truth….
Truth realized in your individual consciousness will very often be felt by individuals who have not yet seen the light, though earnestly looking for it, and be illumined in some good way by your very Presence, while other individuals who are not at all in search of the Infinite God/Good, will feel uneasy and even hateful towards the Christ Consciousness, especially those still fighting to hold onto their mortality and material consciousness or their deluded notion that evil is part of God’s eternal plan. We all know the Good Jesus Christ did and yet there seemed still to be those Caesar archetypes that hated him as he was a threat to their sense of false power and leadership..and this false leadership sometimes in the name of good. Its called wickedness in high places… This too, the drama of illusions to be expelled in the final ascension…All is Good and All is God….

Thanks for posting this. The answer Dr. Chopra gave and the post by “John” are both kind and responsive to this situation. I agree with then insight here… I have a feeling my mother and oldest sister also feels the way “suck between two worlds” feels and it is hard at times for me to be around them for long periods at a time. I can see both sides of this life style.

Sounds like you got it tough,,,i would suggest surrender ,,your energy is split between the solid and non solid energies of life,,,, enjoy simple stuff,,,try to laugh at your percieved problem,,,,,and maybe say to the universe thanks but no thanks,,in doing so you are telling yourself thanks but no thanks,,,,time to get back in the room,,,and to live moment by moment and calm the mind,,,,all is well,,,,, we all are spirit ,,in matter,,, you may have gone from matter to spirit whilst still alive,,,maybe this has caused confusion of mind,,you may have gone behond the point of enlightenment ,do not be afraid ,,,,your in good company ,,,,Jesus did it,,,,,let not your heart be troubled,,,,,
