I am not sure how useful this will be for you but, have you heard of the thinking style called STDT?

Start-Do-Notice-Think

People tend to over-think, and post pone, waiting for a perfect moment and way and … perfection. SDNT says, just start anyways, now, here, anywhere. Just start! Do something, anything, related to what you are up to. Then watch the feedback you get from life, notice it. Then think about the feedback. Adjust your action an perfomr another action, do, notice, think, do, notice, think, do, notice, think… kaizen. It really frees one from perfection addiction and from analysis paralysis :)

Do you have the option to put some back-ups in place before you move? Are you able to move back if things dont work out? Perhaps you can consider these as alternatives. Looks like you have a chance to express your creativity finally, so it sounds like you should look at your comfort level and then choose the path that you're most comfortable with. Your body and heart will tell you what the best way is if you listen to them. Good luck!
