We are here now, we can live it fully in these bodies or not. I think it is a spiritual directive to “be” fully. While we are alive, we can be alive fully. While we are parents, we can do that fully. While we die, we can do that fully (aware, with love and fully present)! jt

We were somewhere before we were conceived, and our soul goes back to the same energy field after death. That is what I think.
