thank you for your words, so helps me ..and opens a pathway through similar emotions that I have been struggling with …my struggle with moving on from a previous relationship has been going on for years….remaining in the present moment ..that is how to remain open to love…and yes healing the hole and loving me as I am …diolch yn fawr x

I have found that all emotions are based in the past. “Feelings”, like when a person touches me, are based in what is ACTUALLY happening right now.

If we didn’t get much love when we were little. Especially when we were born. We spend our whole lives looking for that love. When we find a chance for love, we have massive expectations that this new person will make up for the huge love hole in our soul. NO ONE can do that. We are just simple humans all with our own paths.

Heal the hole of love from earliest childhood. Start with mother and her inability to spend 24/7 giving perfect love. Forgive those young people that had you, the baby, and realize they did love you! Fill that hole and love yourself, that innocent little baby that was and is perfect.

THEN, once your love yourself completely and unconditionally. No shoulds on yourself, no need to be perfect. Just loving you because you are alive. From how you love you, being complete in that love, no hole, watch who shows up to love you! They’ll want to join in on your party. Instead of our hole being like a love vampire no one can fill.

The deepest truth is, you ARE love. Love is NOT out there (as movies would have us believe.) It it not a product to be “found”. As Viktor Frankl suggested, the greatest tragedy in America may be “the pursuit of happiness” clause because people don’t realize they ARE happiness. The only love or happiness in the universe resides in you, my beloved!

It’s a process, not a microwave dinner. Day after day, filling our own hole and BEING love, and giving it away…
