If you ever got lost do you ever worry about how you got there? No, you look for the way out. You ask for help or directions and then you are on the correct path to where you want to go now. That is what matters. I am going through the same thing. I wanted to change and prayed for a sign. I was just told I might have cancer. It is forcing me to change, where before I had many excuses not to. Some of us need a slap in the face to bring us to that realization. I worry about family too but honestly I think they can handle it. They are stronger than we think. If not I will still love them and they will get used to it. Ultimately I believe we all want what is best for each other but we have our own ‘missions’ here to accomplish. It sounds like you are coming around to that. Be lovingly honest with them. I just read a quote that I have memorized and meditated on. I think it will help you heal. “The perfection that is within you need only be recognized by the mind for your healing to go in ways that are in accordance with nature” Science of Mind. God blesses you so have fun with your free will.
