					<description><![CDATA[....just adding you can always question your fearful/disturbing images ...asking are they true?,how do they make me feel when i believe them to be true?,how would i feel if i didn&#039;t see THOSE images? and then turn them around and see them as their opposite..ie things that are at least as true or more true then what you&#039;re seeing/beleiving&quot;...( this is a process of questioning your own beliefs or stressfilled/fearful thoughts by Byron Katie) try it next time fearfilled thoughts arise...&#039;the work&quot; really works! :)
