Thanks Deepak
Worry is so prevalent in society it has become what we think of as normal.
The lifestyle we have created might also include other feelings we think of as normal, fear, a feeling of disconnection and lack of purpose or self acceptance.
But these feelings are self induced and when we hold on to these feelings we pay a price.

Worrying about the future can catapult you into action. The key is to know that you can change the world is you get back in it.

It's an opportunity to evolve. Worry coupled with action and foresight can create astounding results, as you point out from the scientific research prompted from the oil spill.

The moment you become an instrument of change rather than simply worrying about anything, you step into a heroic role. I call it the actor factor.

Thank you for your insightful article.

"Different Face"
I Lye here and I wait...
When is it my turn to wake? The alarm sounds off but I can't wake...
I just lye, listen & there are no words...
No words to speak but to wait...
So I wait...
I am different not by how I act but different on how I look...
So I wait...
I wait til my name is call...
Let's play..."Different face"
I have work with so many walks of life. I think also that to many people spend to much worring, complaining & not enough time to enjoy life.
I always have those natural 20min relapse but lately alot more then usual even to the time of my creative writing class in High School my favorite one just in time for Fathers Day this is kid-friendly little poem...

Good day Deepak,

A very interesting position you present. I have to agree with you. Subtle energy mechanics says that worry creates an energy within us that is not beneficial to our lives.

I have no worries about what is happening to the (in the) world. Firstly, there are many other energies that exist in this world and they too have influences on how things turn out on this planet.

Second and more importantly, my positive actions come from a place of loving the world rather than worrying about what state it is in or will possibly get into.

Lovely words Deepak. I am on a path that will bring us together soon.

Thank you Deepak for standing in your own power.

Humanity (at least in the Western part of the globe) has grown away a lot from the natural processes in Nature.

Perhaps it is also natural that at a certain stage in one's life this remembrance will come back.

And we will become more aware that, just like in Nature around us, there are seasons in human life too.

We are of that generation that lived through it all.

We understand by now that life is a cyclic process of growing and dying, like in the seasons in nature.

Evolution of mankind will hopefully take that direction too.

Love and appeciation from Mieke
