In this human experience it is sometimes best to protect a good idea, so as to not have it misunderstood and squashed out before it has had time to sprout.

I fully trust in God's law of adjustments...

The unfoldment of an integrity filled, transparent government is going to take some time, and a great deal of sincere willingness to learn new ways of communicating politics- But this new approach in political thinking has begun...And I can see the good that it is already bringing...

Love,
G

Dearest Gyanama,

This pine tree wears the lights of Christmas every year.

This year it had such a special radiation at night with all that snow falling :)

It produced snowflakes like hearticles instead of particles lol

I have read your explanation with a big smile :)

Beautiful website by the way.

The twirling whirling flakes around
Awaken a unified feeling unbound
A oneness that is hardly describable
Yet being aware of it is undeniable

The silence around that can be heard
Within and without, not saying a word
Is the In and Out of All That Is
Breathing it in with Joy, breathing it out with Bliss

Blessings from the Heartphone

Mieke,

I just came in from playing in the snow again (6 more inches overnight), and clicked on your link....There is a pine tree right outside the window where I am typing this which looks exactly like the one amidst the once barren-newly adorned trees in the photo. I love the smell of pine after a freshly fallen snow... The architecture there is beautiful, too.

Beautiful pic. A twice fleeting moment...

Me to Gyanama,

At my side of the globe a lot of snow has fallen.

I made a few pictures and guess which free message I received?

Yes all is One Consciousness,But the duality plane is grossly misunderstood-

The creative field does not have to include suffering, sickness and unhappiness, and it seems to me that the majority of individuals are convinced that life is suppose to include suffering and pain in order to know it's opposite---That is completely false-

How about dancing in complete harmony with one another....

To say that I don't see suffering in this world would be folly-but to admit it's necessity is completely erroneous and the very thing that continues to dupe even the Ernest spiritual seekers.

I like your idea about shoveling snow- and yes I have been kissed by a few flakes in my day---Ha Ha...

Deepak some good points in exposing how politicians may use human emotions to win a vote-rather then discussing wisely intelligent solutions and ideas towards solving national and international concerns-

I hope everyone can appreciate candidness with good healthy points brought to light-including Sarah Palin.

Healthy communication is candid and honest- unfortunately not everyone is able to handle candidness , although all people should develop an appreciation for it, as genuine candidness without hostile emotions behind it reflects honesty and integrity-

Peace,

Some may not agree with what a person is honestly expressing, but no one has to fear candidness, or honest expression-

You're right. Transparency in government should not be abandoned. With that in mind, the deliberations need to come out from behind closed doors with our health care bill. The promise was made during the campaign. We were told there would be transparency in the process. We were also told that it would be transmitted on C-span for all to see.

Yet, the administration gave its blessing to behind closed doors.

Bring it out into the light, Mr. President. This is landmark legislation, and we deserve to witness the process as it unfolds.

I would now like to add to my above comment, Thank you Mr President for offering this wonderful opportunity for a Transparent Government. Your governing ideas are in alignment with the infinite harmonious laws of life---It is obvious and clearly evident for those who have eyes to see that you are working diligently and with the utmost dedication in reforming government back to it's honest and respectful( and I dare to use the word) "Divine", Origin.

Transparency and Open Government
Memorandum for the Heads of Executive Departments and Agencies

SUBJECT: Transparency and Open Government

My Administration is committed to creating an unprecedented level of openness in Government. We will work together to ensure the public trust and establish a system of transparency, public participation, and collaboration. Openness will strengthen our democracy and promote efficiency and effectiveness in Government.

Government should be transparent. Transparency promotes accountability and provides information for citizens about what their Government is doing. Information maintained by the Federal Government is a national asset. My Administration will take appropriate action, consistent with law and policy, to disclose information rapidly in forms that the public can readily find and use. Executive departments and agencies should harness new technologies to put information about their operations and decisions online and readily available to the public. Executive departments and agencies should also solicit public feedback to identify information of greatest use to the public.

Government should be participatory. Public engagement enhances the Government's effectiveness and improves the quality of its decisions. Knowledge is widely dispersed in society, and public officials benefit from having access to that dispersed knowledge. Executive departments and agencies should offer Americans increased opportunities to participate in policymaking and to provide their Government with the benefits of their collective expertise and information. Executive departments and agencies should also solicit public input on how we can increase and improve opportunities for public participation in Government.

Government should be collaborative. Collaboration actively engages Americans in the work of their Government. Executive departments and agencies should use innovative tools, methods, and systems to cooperateamong themselves, across all levels of Government, and with nonprofit organizations, businesses, and individuals in the private sector. Executive departments and agencies should solicit public feedback to assess and improve their level of collaboration and to identify new opportunities for cooperation.

Side Note........
Before we can really move forward and have a transparent government that includes public participation and collaboration, the people of this Nation have to mature in their communication skills and learn how to express thoughts and ideas with respect and without bashing and uncontrolled, angry reaction-

Just looking at the political dialogue and comments made towards our own State Senator on you tube was a good enough glimpse and test example as to why we are not yet mature enough as a nation to have a fully successful transparent government.

In reviewing the public comments, no one was offering a wise intelligent idea, and those who may have had some good thought squashed it by the disrespectful delivery- I have learned that you may have a good point, but if you hit to hard like a mad dashing arrow and it's delivery hurts to much, the point in will have gone un- noticed and only the pain will be felt-

Lots of senseless complaining is the accepted norm in politics, an many good ideas have no outlet in which to flow out- is it not simple to see why we have separated ourselves from the government-
On the same token past government has done their share of separating from the people as well.

Politics is an art-and one of the key elements is healthy communication-

I think of my children growing up, There privileges and freedom came as they demonstrated the ability to think and communicate wisely and respectfully- This brought a union of harmony-

We should take a pole and see what Americans think about healthy communication in politics. Making it a wonderful harmonious art of communication and applications of scientific principles as it should be

And every American should ask themselves how they contribute their own thoughts on government, be they silent or voiced. Is it through constant complaining and bashing, or through sharing good ideas wisely and respectfully?

America we need to grow up- and we need to admit that..
and like I told my children when they were young, when you grow up you will have more freedom and privileges-

Peace and Good Will,

I understand what you are conveying, to a degree. Natural law appears to be what you're driving at. Nature is perfect because it contains all possibilities. Aligning with it once and for all makes perfect sense. Yet, we are just beginning to abandon the parts to accept a vision of the whole. How patient is human nature?

At the community level is where the spark has the best chance of becoming a wildfire. We learned this during the election. I know the yoga and meditation teachers in our community are doing their part. One percent of 8,000 seems more easily attainable than one percent of 6,000,000,000,000, and the results are more easily discerned, too. And nothing is lost in the infinite calculations of the universe.

I have a name for your project. Two Fullnesses.

I like your pluck. The OFA may just have a transcendent experience when you finish your discourse. The timing is perfect, too, based on what I heard this afternoon on CNN with regard to the Senate and House health care bills being melded from this point on behind closed doors. Of course, transparency may just have been another one of the parts along the way to wholeness.

I wish you well with your endeavor, and will be there with you in spirit.

Yes but how do we interpret that to the collective consciousness who "seems" to have not yet understood at this level, or plane of thinking-?

How do we get people out of a conditioned rut of outdated and unhealthy ways of thinking, being and living-?

Through education and example. but more important then that, "WE", who do understand must stand porter at the door of our own consciousness, knowing that this so called problem appearing deep seeded and rooted, is not even there.
We have to see it for the nothingness and powerlessness that it is, while we are taking the human footsteps towards greater progress- There in is the true balancing act

.........
I was just speaking with an OFA Director this afternoon, and we discussed further this point. I firmly believe that this year coming up should be focused on teaching healthy communication skills in politics, and in general, looking at government in a "whole" new way and yes changing the dialogue, while learning scientifically even, as to how to be an effective thinker and doer of your words-

Already I see the dialogue changing, as demonstrated in the conversation I had earlier with OFA members and with you and a few other even-(I am supremely grateful for this too)

We need to clearly define this next level as already in the making, which is beyond the conflicts and complaints starting within our local communities and yet moving outward from our central government at the same time. I for one, have been working on this for a while, still keeping open for more ideas as to how to make this new information more widely understood in my own neighborhood and community... Also, those who understand and live at this level need to be the teachers, leaders and way showers for all those seeking and willing to pursue better, and wiser ways of living. We need to make clear that we "free up" our collective energy and open out a way for new ideas that can bring balance and acceptability on both sides- This can be done, and in the One Divine Mind, it is already done-

I would like to write this week a teaching tool for the OFA called Healthy and Effective Communication in politics

The OFA director and I also spoke today about changing the dialogue within the framework we've been given to work with..
Our conversation was very similar to your thoughts on the above post-

So many are thinking on this higher more harmonious plane already...

I meet with the OFA again next week, I have some ideas that I will share with the other members on more clearly defining healthy communication in politics,

The thought occurred to me that we can not really have an effective transparent government until the collective understanding has more clearly learned how to change the dialogue, as you put it, or as I said too, learning what healthy and effective communication is, in politics....

Before we can be effective doers, we have to be effective thinkers, rooted in authentic Truth-

If you or anyone on this site have any ideas to share along this progressive line let me know as I will share them also next week with the OFA....

Much love and gratitude to you..and to all those who are helping make this a better world---

Peace and Good Will,
G..

Hi G,
The interesting thing about the discussion shared is it fulfills the criteria for applying the Principle of The Second Element. If we cannot resolve a conflict on the same plane it was created on, we go to another plane to find resolution...

Our problems are still deeply rooted in this country. The health care debate showed us just how deeply rooted they are. Incredible amounts of money were showered upon our elected representatives to shape a discussion which should have taken place a hundred years ago, and acted on.

Maybe it's as simple as changing the dialogue within the framework we've been given to work with, and restructuring the framework. Only this time we'll agree to make it- All-Inclusive.

Yes...we are capable of that, in fact more then capable, in fact that is already happening and becoming evident.

New good and right ideas are already seeded and even sprouting in good healthy soil.

Progress is the mandate of Divine Mind. This One Mind governs all, and it's ideas are already established.

Now let us watch as progress unfolds making way for clear skys a head

Have fun at the convention I am there with you in Spirit---

As I read the Palin writing from our host (I agree) I couldn't help reflecting on a conversation I was privileged to have had with our Obama campaign organizer one night after our county campaign headquarters closed for the day.

The conversation started out innocently enough, focused for the most part on lifting up those who had suffered most during the Bush years. But there was only time for so much pollyanna, and soon we were discussing the mechanics of the creation, or foundational building blocks for real change. We soon found ourselves grappling with the functions of government, how it arrived at functioning as it has since Nixon, and how to go about changing the process.

We both came to the conclusion that reinvigorating government with fresh ideas was worthwhile. Obama was doing a fine job as the point man defining the territory of change; but old words would have to die on the tongue before new ones could be expressed, which, from our perspective in that moment, was the cause of so much gridlock within the legislative branch. The "old boys network" is a huge problem in this country with regard to moving forward with a "new vision", and old "visionaries" like, McCain (and now Palin), prey on it. Fear is their weapon of choice when the process gets "gunked up."

But what if 'we the people' changed the process?

Our county organizer was a law student at the time, and was also working on his final paper toward his degree during the election campaign process. He mentioned at this point during our discussion that we are on the cusp of electing a constitutional law professor to our country's highest office. If that were the final result, the possibilities for real change would suddenly become mind-boggling. He then revealed a part of the paper he was working on, dealing with real term limitations- in the House of Representatives first, and their new "form and function upon being elected. Their role, and only priority during their one term (2 years) would be to ensure this country conducted fair, and free elections, and the mechanics for implementing this result. Nothing more. At the end of their one term they would have the option of running for a Senate seat representing their state. One six year term, and a return to public life.

I liked what he had to share that night because the "peoples voice" might actually be heard. Perhaps this is the direction our country seriously needs to consider with regard to moving this country forward. It would definitely put people like Palin on notice about their aspirations, and what public service actually consists of. Her record in Alaska betrays her....I won't indulge her role as McCain's running mate.

It may even take greed out of the equation.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing our former county organizer tomorrow night. Maybe we'll have the opportunity to discuss the true role of our Supreme Court. We've already discussed a means for fair, and free elections. It's a legislative exercise, from the ground up.

Should be fun. :)

Anyone up for a Constitutional Convention?

At the end of their one term they would have the option of running for a Senate seat representing their state. One six year term, and a return to public life.

I liked what he had to share that night because the “peoples voice” might actually be heard. Perhaps this is the direction our country seriously needs to consider with regard to moving this country forward. It would definitely put people like Palin on notice about their aspirations, and what public service actually consists of. Her record in Alaska betrays her….I won’t indulge her role as McCain’s running mate.

It may even take greed out of the equation.

Anyway, I’m looking forward to seeing our former county organizer tomorrow night. Maybe we’ll have the opportunity to discuss the true role of our Supreme Court. We’ve already discussed a means for fair, and free elections. It’s a legislative exercise, from the ground up.

Should be fun. 🙂

Anyone up for a Constitutional Convention?

peace

I am no fan of Sarah Palin, she gives every impression of being simpleminded and bad news for the Republican Party. But I am disappointed at your polemics, and general dismissal of any ideas that come from the right. Reagan's rhetoric may have been overblown at times, but he was on to something in wanting to curb government at a time when it had been growing at a very rapid rate for decades. That he governed more moderately than all of his his rhetoric might suggest or than some of his latter day followers would have speaks well of him. His sophisticated understanding of communism inherent weakness coupled with an abhorence of nuclear weapons helped topple soviet tyranny and free the world from the threat of nuclear holocaust.

Sarah Palin is scary. And so are those that might take her seriously. I believe to the Republican Party she represents no more than a mouthpiece. Rally the troops! But for what and at what cost to her fellow brothers and sisters here in America?I know Sarah knows this in her heart too. But as she is the first to say about herself, she is a fighter. Sad for all involved.
