Deepak you are a fantastic author. Yet you are completely incorrect with your statements about the fear over melting of the Himilayan glaciers as well as citing the maldives as as potentially being submerged. This just is not the case and keeps us distracted amidst the real environmental crisis such as the gulf oil spill.

Please make the time to hear what other scientists have to say. I trust your open minded nature to be willing to hear differing perspectives around this issue.

This sick feeling from the spill is difficult to face but needs to be felt and seen clearly for the necessary healing to begin. On one level we are invincible, but on another level we are intrinsically entwined to each other and everything, and whatever affects one affects the whole integrated system. The power of empathy is transcendent to all things.

I believe strongly in the human spirit & when things get their toughest the best & brightest shine. Now is a time to see a new chapter in ideas to restore the earth to it’s natural balance & therefore a place our children & childrens children can live in harmony.
