Also..this is where the confusion lies…in a subconsciousness the words self-help are just that but we have trained our inner selves as there is something else out of those words…this should be “self” explanatory as this is “SELF” help and not outside mumbo jumbo..but I guess this is why the wheel was created as an endless sea of ignorance and suffering..to each his/her own on this..
