The Dutch person that brought me into contact with the labyrinth some 8 years ago also spoke of me of Thich Naht Hanh. He introduced me to a very nice book of him: “The sun in your heart”
He is one of the reasons my poetic creativity took a flight 🙂

I have more books of him in my library.

The labyrinth in itself is also a mindful walking meditation.

The 11 path labyrinth in the Cathedral of Chartres is the one I have walked and danced in.

It has opened the door for me to whole new creativity in many aspects of myself that I did not even know had them in me.

There is only one word to explain my experiences:
