P.S. I was told by doctors coast to coast that the stomach that was rebuilt for me would only last a couple of years at the most. I'm proud to say that it is over 20 years, due to raising my level of consciousness. The first glimpse of conscious choice making was in 1988 after stomach surgery and after reading Quatum Physics. Thank you again Deepak for making me aware of choices in all of life, thinking, eating, being.

Knowing where your food comes from is important to me. My body is now able to identify foods that are healthy for me at various stages of well being.

Having had a stomach resection due to cancer metastasis re-established my connection to healthy foods. The sensitivities to food pesticides and artificial flavors made eating a challenge in the beginning mostly because I had no knowledge of the differences in the way food is grown.

Now, the only way I eat is based on where and how the food was grown, and how it was handled. Remember the saying, food made with love.....my stomach knows. Trust only the best foods for your body.

Thank you Deepak for sharing your knowledge, we want to know this valuable, life sustaining information.

I vote with my money. So I always make a choice to buy organic whenever I can. The best thing to do is support local organic farmers, or even grow your own food. We can connect to the efforts and kindness of nature, and people, in a better way by doing that. When in doubt, be forever grateful for all food that nourishes our body. Organic doesn't mean better, or make someone better for being able to afford organic. What it comes down to is being able to eat, knowing that our food is safe.
Thank you!
