					<description><![CDATA[Thank you for the visual and the verbal depiction of HDL,LDL, and trigycerides.  I would be interested in future illustrations and explanations rec=garding calcium and its positive and negative roles in the body.  It is needed for strong bones yet can be deposited in the arteries causing narrowing and somehow apparently cause painful calcification in the spine and joints. We are told that it is improtant to take calcium supplements, but is it possible to get too much calcium?Thanks.]]></description>
