Hi there, don't know if anyone actually answered your question... if you still have negative feelings when thinking about it then there is still something that needs clearing. The Dali Lama twittered recently: 'When patience is combined with the ability to discriminate between the action and the one who does it, forgiveness arises naturally.' Very true! The best way to truely forgive yourself and anyone else is by seperating the true self from the aspects that need forgiving. When doing this for yourself, feel the difference between the feelings and the one who is feeling them... then seperate the two through visualisation, handing over the issue to your guides and allowing your heart to again flood love into the area that was affected... blessed be!
