The Seante should do the same thing. The gimmicks are how LBJ took the “Trust” out of Social Security and Jimmy Carter gave it away to non citizens. The left has been giving away money for 45 years with nothing to show in return. Poverty up, unemployment up… government give aways.. way up.. the issue is not left or right. I am the most interested in my own economic success and I should make my own decisions about it. The Karma of this attitude will bring abundance. Taking it from others will make both poorer as Welfare has shown. It is disingenuous to suggest otherwise.

Both laws were mentioned in the comment area from a previous political post by DC. The first mentioned by me in the previous post is the law of least resistance. The second mentioned by another but didn’t say who they were, is the law of unintended consequences.

It seems those with political authority and usually with good intentions make legislation that on the surface looks to be good for the collective whole, but then there are those in society who exploit the new law for their own benefit at the expense of everyone else.

Only when we can recognize our individual beliefs and what kind of effect they have on a personal and societal level will we be able to fix and heal our problems. The parts (which are whole in themselves) must be accountable in how they operate to take care of the whole for a healthy functioning system weather it’s a body, nation or world.
