Godwin Anayochukwu Anakor is a Christian Science practitioner with a healing practice based at Enugu in Enugu State of Nigeria. He has been a member of The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, since 1979 and has been active in the Christian Science church in Enugu for many years. His work for the church has included serving in various capacities including as Clerk, Second Reader, Chairman of the Lecture Committee, President and Executive Chairman of the Board, and Assistant Committee on Publication.

Prior to becoming a full-time practitioner of Christian Science, he worked for 29 years in business and finance, first as an accounting officer at the East Central State Marketing Board. In 1980, he developed a business importing spare parts for Mercedes cars from Germany, traveling extensively to Europe and Asia on business trips.

He decided to leave his business venture after 20 years; he felt compelled to do so in order to enter the full-time healing practice of Christian Science. He said, “I needed to do God’s business first. I had seen this power to heal firsthand when I had a ruptured appendix. When I turned to Science and Health for a better understanding of prayer and attended a Christian Science lecture, the healing took place very quickly.”

In his work for the church, Mr. Anakor has traveled several times to the USA.

Mr. Anakor is married and has five adult sons. He speaks English and Igbo.

You helped us first understand the healing of the physical body by going beyond your western training to the WHOLE person. They you helped us heal our spiritual body with an understanding of the bridge with science (quantum physics) and spirituality. Now you look at healing the religious body. A great wounded self and cause of the greatest suffering and war through the ages. Bravo for diving in!

2000 years after Christ, would be blessing killing in his name? We are still having holy wars. Young Christian boys, especially poor boys, are drawn into a war to kill poor Muslims, while the real fight is over oil. Still the aristocracy puppets the poor with religion to have them do their bidding. We have evolved to go to the stars and yet WW3 could start any day now with conservatives on both sides hating each other. They both want to go back to the past rather than forward towards love and the 21st Century.

Bravo Deepak! Thank you for launching Evolutionary Leaders. Maybe more of us can add a conscious voice and wake people up before the insane take over the asylum?
