Unfortunately, it appears to be the property of cartoons.noiseofindia.com and your website has removed the watermark and signature. That’s pretty sad. The cartoon was created a talented young person, and he’s not asking for payment, just acknowledgment. It has also been printed in a newspaper in India with credit to him, so clearly he is the creator. Why deny him the credit?

Initially, I was thrilled to see the cartoon: The monk and email;
Almost perfect, quite befitting on your wonderful site!
But then, quite distraught, I almost let out a wail!
When I realized noiseofindia’s watermark invisible in every light.

Ah! the irony hit me, just in time, I think
I realized how attached to noiseofindia I’d become in a blink
But while detachment is important, and will help me attain bliss
Isn’t it still adharmic for credit to be amiss?

Any clarification on this point will put my mind at ease,
For after all, I only wish to remain in peace!
