That’s why we have so many disciplines trying to find out how it all works.

Henceforth all the competition of all those disciplines instead of working together

Life in itself, nature in itself works together.

You have already explained this beautifully by letting us become aware of the numerous cells our body consists of and how they all work together to keep it in shape.

If meditation is the solution then to me there are only three words necessary to create:

Silence
Thought
Reality
