Stress is a by-product of the flesh. There is no stress in the Spirit zone. Jesus said, the words I speak is Spirit and life. The words of Jesus is the software for walking in the Spirit and to enjoy life in the Spirit. If we walk by sight – allowing our circumstances to dictate our thinking, feelings and action – we will empower our circumstances to control us.
