I just finished Davidji’s 21 day meditation challenge. My biggest take-away from that is a desire to intentionally connect to the Knower. While I get brief “glimpses” of being with the Knower within – it seems challenging to maintain that quality of awareness and you can’t “hold on to it” — those are my sensations and experiences.
I would like to deepen in my awareness of the Knower both in meditation and out.
Do you have a particular techniques or meditation that specifically guides the meditator to this place more seamlessly – and strengthen access to this place?
