Balance Your Exercise
Before you decide that hard work is the way to prevent aging, consider that “work” as defined by physics is not synonymous with sweat and strain. Exercise has a quantum effect, regardless of how much or little you do, by giving the body a chance to restore subtle patterns of functioning.
Because the body uses both creation and destruction to keep its vital processes going, doing constant work is not the answer. In every area of life the key is balance, a very general term that can be broken down into four headings:
Moderation
Regularity
Rest = BALANCE

Eat a Variety of Foods
Include as wide a range of foods in your family menu as you can. By supporting diversity in food, you might help save a breed of animal from extinction, a seed with vital genetic diversity, or a plant that is resistant to rapid climate change. This important step will benefit your great-grandchildren–and, for the here and now, it will add a wide range of colors, flavors, textures, and nutrients to your diet.
Also, the wider the variety of foods in our diets, the greater the chance of getting all the nutrients we need, reports the FDA.
